Thin film printing device
A device for accurately applying a desired arbitrary pattern of a thin film with a thickness of less than 1μm using a flexographic printing method.
1. Equipment suitable for the formation of organic thin films 2. Supports printing of sheet-like substrates from work sizes of 100mm□ to 1850mm x 2250mm□ 3. Forms thin films ranging from 500Å to 1μm (thickness depends on the solid content concentration of the coating solution) with a ±5% in-plane thickness accuracy distribution 4. Coating patterns can be arbitrarily controlled with an organic resin plate. Position accuracy is within 0.3mm. 5. Printing time is high-speed processing of 30 seconds or less per sheet.
